Important Registration Information
All athletes must be registered through Register My Athlete and submit completed AIA Physical Evaluation Forms 157-A and 157-B before participating.

Game Locations
Games will be held at:

• Mount Elden Middle School (3223 N. 4th St.)

• Sinagua Middle School (3950 E. Butler Ave.)

Registration Deadline
To ensure placement on a team, all required paperwork must be submitted by the registration deadline. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Transportation
Activity buses are available for athletes after practices but are not available after late games. Please plan accordingly.
