Developing a sense of gratitude isn't complex or challenging. It doesn't require any special tools or training. And the more you practice it, the better you will become and put yourself into a grateful state of mind.
Mental Health Services for Students
The Flagstaff Unified School District (FUSD) partners with local agencies to help students access mental health services. In 2020, the Arizona Legislature passed "Jake’s Law," which established a fund to provide behavioral health services to uninsured and underinsured children when referred by an educational institution, also known as a school-based referral.
Through the Community Mental Health Block Grant, local agencies providing these services include The Guidance Center and Southwest Behavioral & Health Services:
The Guidance Center
Phone: (928) 527-1899 | The Guidance Center website
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services
Phone: (928) 779-4550 | The Southwest Behavioral & Health Services website
