Affordable Sports Physicals for MEMS Athletics 2026–2027

Dear MEMS Families,
Is your student interested in participating in MEMS athletics during the 2026–2027 school year? If so, a sports physical is required before participation.
Please note:

Physicals must be completed on or after March 1, 2026
The physical must be completed using the appropriate athletic forms

To help families prepare for the upcoming school year, Northern Arizona Orthopedics will be offering $10 sports physicals on:
Saturday, July 18, 2026
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
This is a great opportunity to complete your student’s required physical at an affordable price before the school year begins.
